It has dust and water-resistant durable construction for improved operation in harsh job site conditions. This radio works for up to 35 hours continuously with 18 Volt Lithium-Ion 5 Amp-hour battery. The removable FM antenna can be stored within the radio to prevent damage. This cordless jobsite radio is compatible with all 12 Volt max CXT®, 14.4 Volt and 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion batteries. Radio powered by an 18 Volt Lithium-Ion battery assures fastest charge time, more working time and minimal sitting time on the charger.
